Partnership Will Digitize Delivery of Workplace Wellness Programs and Reduce Cost of Injuries

In a new deal announced this week, Work Right NW, a nationally recognized leader in injury prevention and human performance, will deploy AMP's cloud-based software platform to clients nationwide.

Work Right NW delivers innovative injury prevention and workplace wellness programs to corporate partners seeking to proactively address employee health. Utilizing licensed Athletic Trainers and Physical Therapists as onsite Injury Prevention Specialists, Work Right NW delivers an integrated and comprehensive model that targets overall safety and wellness. By providing for the wellness of their employees prior to the development of injury, corporations are able to substantially reduce the cost of workplace injuries, lower non-occupational medical costs, improve employee morale, and increase efficiency.

"With an expanding roster of Fortune 500 clients requiring more rigorous supply chain sustainability strategies, we knew it was time to leverage the latest in enterprise grade technology and analytics," says Work Right NW Founder and CEO Nic Patee. "Our industrial customers expect our services to be timely, engaging, and transparent in terms of performance and outcomes. AMP puts us in lockstep with these next-generation workflows and care methodologies. We are excited to help them iterate on new features that will further our mission to innovate in this space."

Originally built with the best sports scientists and sports medicine practitioners to prepare elite athletes for competition, AMP now empowers employee service providers with the risk management and cost containment tools necessary to adopt a proactive stance to overall worker health and wellbeing. An enterprise platform that scales to fit organizations of all sizes, it is customizable to suit a range of industries looking to engage employees in programs to keep them safe, strong, and productive. Working with elite partners to solve big problems in challenging environments is central to AMP's mission.

"In early discussions with Nic and his team, we felt their need to not only scale operationally but to further modernize, centralize, and standardize their intellectual property and industry-leading service offerings," explains AMP CEO David Nichols. "Today's industrial employer is placing a premium on employee retention, durability and emotional wellbeing. AMP's platform will continue to help Work Right NW check those boxes all while maintaining their preventative, data-driven approach to quality care. We're thrilled about this new relationship with Work Right NW. It will put us on the frontlines of Industrial Athletic performance and allow us to continue to develop purpose-driven functionality to better serve employers and their workforces."
